Our new UpCycle Drug Repurposing Grants Competition aims at funding research to accelerate drug development for cancer by studying the anti-cancer properties of off-patent medications approved for other diseases.
The Cancer Research Society in collaboration with the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation will fund one or more major research projects targeting metastatic breast cancer to support breast cancer research and the women affected with the disease.
The Cancer Research Society and Ovarian Cancer Canada will co-fund up to six research projects focusing on ovarian cancer, to improve the quality of life and extend survival of women diagnosed with this type of cancer.
