The Charity Challenge and the
Cancer Research Society

The Cancer Research Society is pleased to announce its participation, for the third consecutive year, in the Scotiabank Charity Challenge on Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23, 2017, at Parc Jean-Drapeau, Montreal, Quebec.

The efforts made over the course of the past 2 years have allowed us to raise about $32,000, an amount entirely dedicated to cancer research.

Statistics tell us that about 2 out of 5 people will be suffering from some form of cancer during their lifetime, and that every 7 minutes, a person dies of cancer. That is why the advancement of cancer research remains a major issue. We appeal to you to help us reach our goal of $50,000 this year!

Choose the challenge that best suits you:
  • 5K (April 22, start time: 11:00 am) - Baby strollers are welcome
  • 21K (April 23, start time: 9:00 am)
  • 10K (April 22, start time: 9:00 am) NEW!
  • Kids' Run (April 22, start time: 12:45 pm) NEW!
